Photographer Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the YOU Magazine Photographer Network, a platform owned and operated by Vistic Pvt Ltd. By registering as a photographer, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Account Verification

To maintain the quality and trust of our platform, all photographers must undergo a verification process. You agree to provide accurate and truthful identification (such as a National Identity Card or Business Registration). YOU Magazine reserves the right to reject or revoke verification status at our sole discretion.

2. Subscription Packages & Custom Domains

We offer Basic, Standard, Premium, and VIP subscription tiers. Specific features, such as the Client Approval System and Flipbook creation, are restricted based on your active subscription tier.

  • VIP / Custom Domain Package: For packages offering a custom domain connection (e.g., www.yourname.com), the photographer is solely responsible for purchasing, registering, and renewing their own domain name from a third-party registrar. YOU Magazine only provides the technological connection (DNS mapping/Middleware) and does not cover the cost of the domain itself. The initial VIP fee covers setup, while subsequent annual renewals are charged at a discounted rate of Rs. 20,000/year.
  • Subscriptions are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • We reserve the right to modify storage limits and package features with prior notice.

3. Content Ownership & Copyright

You retain full copyright to all images you upload. By submitting content to public areas (like your public profile or public magazine posts), you grant YOU Magazine a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, promote, and share your work in connection with the platform, including on our official social media channels (such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). Content uploaded strictly to the "Client Approval System" (private albums) remains private and will not be published publicly by us.

4. Prohibited Content

You agree not to upload any content that is illegal, explicit, defamatory, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. YOU Magazine reserves the right to remove any content or terminate accounts found in violation of this rule.

5. Client Interactions

YOU Magazine provides the platform for client photo selection but is not a party to the contract between you and your clients. We are not responsible for payment disputes, missed deliverables, or any liability arising from your business transactions.
